The Place at Innsbrook provides large meeting spaces with audio visual services available upon request. Multiple Breakout rooms are also available for small group work. The Patio and Garden are the perfect settings for an "after-the-meeting" cocktail reception!

James "Jimmy" Bell

Executive Chef

Chef "Jimmy" Bell leads his culinary team at The Place at Innsbrook with a love and passion for cooking and providing amazing, memorable experiences for our guests. "Chef Jimmy" found his calling at a very young age, after being inspired by his mother and grandmother, spending hours in the kitchen reading recipes and helping to prepare family meals. He followed his passion, over 20 years ago, by attending Johnson and Wales University, where he studied Food Science and earned his degree in Culinary Arts. He served as Assistant Food and Beverage Director at Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden, where he led the daily operation and catering for special events at The Garden Cafe and Robins Tea House. To continue to show the depth and range of his experience, Jimmy also served as Executive Chef at the Holiday Inn and Crowne Plaza Hotels where he designed unique menus and perfected catering for upscale banquets, large private and public, and corporate events. He has been the  Executive Chef at The Place at Innsbrook, for over 15 years, where he has taken pride in "in giving diners a culinary experience not to be forgotten."
