We had a wonderful time Wednesday!! The food was great. Everyone came up to me throughout the evening and told me how wonderful the food was!!!! Got LOTS of comments on the carving stations and how tasty the carved meat was. Didn’t sample any myself, but it was a HUGE hit!!! The facility was wonderful and Ross could not have been more accommodating. He checked on us all night long making sure we were o.k. Really appreciate his attention to detail!!!

I know I e-mailed and talked to you at least a million times a day, but when planning an event is on your shoulders as this was on mine, making sure every detail is in order is so important.
